We are so glad you have the desire to serve. Our entire lives are a service to God, as He is the creater, sustainer, and giver of all things. As disciples, we look for opportunites to serve God and others in our daily lives. Serving God and others is a lifestyle that develops from a humble heart that is submitted to God. As God changes our hearts, we see the spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional needs around us.
Goss Memorial Church can help you discover ways in which you can serve God. All believers can serve God and others in some way, shape or form. Each disciple of Christ is given different gifts (1 Corinthians 12) from the Holy Spirit to be used to build His Kingdom and His Church. Since we all have different gifts and abilities, there is not a one size fits all approach to service, but through prayer and conversations with other believers, you can learn how to best serve God in your life.
In addition to finding ways for you to serve in your daily life, Goss Memorial Church can provide you specific service opportunities within the church. Below is a non-exhaustive list of ways that you can serve within Goss Memorial Church. If you are intersted in serving in any of these ministries, please email gosschurchakron@gmail.com or call 330.745.5038.
