Sometimes it's easier to describe something as "awful" rather than "awe-filled".
Last week's post asked "Does church bore you?"
This week's post will help you think about what an awe-filled church can look like. As believers gather each week, the goal is to be full of a sense of awe and wonder at who God is and what He's done through Jesus Christ (I Corinthians 14:25). We believe that type of atmosphere can impact people's lives.
David Murray followed up his post about boredom with six practical steps to "An Awe-full Church".
After reading Murray's article, ask yourself:
What steps can you take to prepare your heart to be in awe and wonder when it's time to worship?
We look forward to worshiping together each Sunday. Let's all do our part in lifting God up in our mind, in our hearts, and with our voices.
